Digital Marketing Duties

• Content Creation: Develop engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance using tools like Google Analytics, and generate reports to guide strategy.
• Email Marketing: Design and manage email campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Website Maintenance: Update and manage website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness.
• Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with followers, and grow brand presence.

IT Administration Duties

• System Maintenance: Manage and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Technical Support: Provide first-line support for IT issues across departments.
• Security & Backup: Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure regular data backups.
• User Management: Set up new user accounts, manage permissions, and maintain IT documentation.
• Software Updates: Ensure timely updates and patches for all systems and applications.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external IT service providers and software vendors.
• Asset Management: Track and manage IT inventory, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
