The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to be integrated with our client's Marketing Team, supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of digital marketing initiatives. Our client is one of the major banks in Singapore. You will work closely with internal teams, agency partners, creative teams, and media vendors to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and to the highest standard.
This role is ideal for someone from early to mid stages in their marketing career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the client's Marketing Team in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., web, social media, email, display, digital media).
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, agency partners (including Section), creative teams, and media vendors to manage deliverables and timelines.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, reviewing digital creative materials, and tracking approvals.
- Help monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and flag areas for optimization.
- Ensure all digital work aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements, and customer experience standards.
- Provide operational and administrative support, including timeline management, budget tracking, finance coordination, and documentation.
Requirements
- Strong interest in digital marketing, with minimum 2 years experience in marketing, communications, or agency roles.
- Good organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and collaborate.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and across diverse teams.
- Proficient in both Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, with the ability to collaborate across cloud-based platforms including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Good to have
- Hands-on experience in digital channels such as social media, email marketing, paid media, or website management.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics, analytics tools, or reporting dashboards.
- Exposure to the financial services or banking industry (a plus, not required).
- Experience working with creative, media, or digital agencies.
- Interest in digital marketing innovation, tools, and trends.
