About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing online presence, and analyzing performance across various channels. You will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation & Management: Work with content creators to produce engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
  • SEO & SEM: Optimize website content and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase traffic, improve SEO rankings, and drive conversions.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), creating and curating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, social media analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead generation through digital channels, optimizing landing pages and calls-to-action (CTAs) for conversion.
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated email flows.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to ensure alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Stay Updated: Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).
  • Experience with SEO and SEM strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid search campaigns.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and their role in digital marketing.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Creative thinking with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  • Eligibility: Must have Singaporean citizenship or a valid work pass to be considered for this role.
