Digital Marketing Executive (Hybrid / Full-time)
About Us
AHA Inspiration is an innovation-driven company behind WOW Coach, Singapore's first all-in-one sports coach matching app. We are growing rapidly and looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a hybrid position - you will work two days per week at our office in Singapore, with the remaining days remote. The role has fixed working hours, but with flexibility in how you manage and execute your work.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and design marketing content for the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu).
- Design in-app marketing materials, including banners, push notifications, and promotional creatives.
- Plan and execute monthly marketing campaigns, coming up with fresh and engaging ideas.
- Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook/Instagram Insights, and Xiaohongshu analytics.
- Prepare monthly performance reports on social media and campaign outcomes, with actionable suggestions for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing or a related role.
- Strong design skills (experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools).
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (spoken and written) is a must.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics is a strong advantage.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate new marketing ideas monthly.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to deliver results within fixed working hours.
- Willingness to work 2 days per week at the office and remotely for the rest.
