Candidates will be required to complete a written Japanese test (approx. 30 minutes) and attend an interview in Japanese, conducted by the Japanese hiring manager.
Minimum qualification: a Diploma.
Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese with JLPT N1 certification (as company websites and communication materials are in Japanese).
At least 1 year of hands-on experience in one or more areas of B2C digital marketing, such as:
Email Marketing
Social Media Marketing
Marketing Automation
Customer Acquisition
Competitive Analysis
User Analytics
Web Advertising
Offline Events
Business Intelligence
Proficiency in digital communication tools (e.g., email, Slack, Trello).
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel for basic data management.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multicultural team.
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in updating and maintaining web pages via CMS, and support the management of social media channels.
Provide coordination support for projects, working closely with internal teams and other departments.
Perform basic administrative and reporting tasks (Excel proficiency will be advantageous).
