Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Digital Innovation Consultant to support the digital transformation of SMEs and help build cutting-edge Agentic AI App solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of IT proficiency, data analysis capability, logical problem-solving skills, broad business domain knowledge, and excellent communication skills. This role play a key part in driving innovation, identifying opportunities for automation, and developing intelligent digital solutions that align with clients strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with SMEs to assess current digital maturity and identify opportunities for digitization and automation.
- Design and implement Agentic AI App solutions tailored to business needs.
- Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver digital innovation initiatives.
- Present strategies, findings, and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously monitor industry trends to propose forward-thinking digital strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable in IT systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise tools.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis, spreadsheets, or visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau or similar).
- Experience working in agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) with an ability to manage changing priorities and iterate quickly.
- Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts.
Analytical & Cognitive Skills:
- Strong number system understanding and data literacy.
- Excellent logical reasoning and structured problem-solving skills.
Business & Communication Skills:
- Broad understanding of various business domains including sales & marketing , product management, delivery and operations (HR, Finance, Compliance etc)
- Ability to translate complex data and technology into clear business insights.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including the ability to create compelling narratives for client engagements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience in digital transformation projects, especially for SMEs.
- Familiarity with agent-based or AI-driven application will be added credits.
