About the role

We are seeking a talented and proactive Digital Operations Manager to join our Host powered by VTS team in Asia. Reporting to the Global Technical Operations Lead, you will be instrumental in managing all aspects of Host technology implementations across the region. This client-facing role involves leading projects from initial kick-off through to successful launch, hyper-care, and ongoing adoption optimization.

You will collaborate closely with clients, our regional Property Management teams, global Product Team, and technology partners to deliver seamless digital experiences and enhance our service offerings. We are looking for an individual with a strong project management background, who is comfortable facilitating client workshops and making data-driven recommendations. Experience with SaaS B2B products within the Commercial Real Estate sector is highly desirable.


What you'll do

  • Manage regional implementations and ensure customer success for Host technology platforms.
  • Define, maintain, and execute clear statements of work and comprehensive project plans.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, proactively identifying and escalating risks or issues.
  • Assess client needs and provide best practice solutions and technical configurations.
  • Serve as a client advocate, collaborating with internal CBRE teams and third-party partners.
  • Provide essential level 1 and level 2 platform support.
  • Contribute to product evolution by providing feedback to the Host Product platforms team.
  • Conduct client training on platform operations and perform site visits as needed for optimal implementation.


What you'll need

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, digital delivery, business development, and/or sales.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training and/or certifications.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and organized with a strong track record of successful cross-functional teamwork.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with data analytics and/or content production.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation and emotional intelligence, to solve complex client problems.
