Summary
Digital Experience Strategist (E-Commerce), Contract
As an Experience Specialist, will play a supporting role in shaping and executing innovative online digital experience. The ideal candidate has experience supporting the development of innovative experiences. The individual in this role will support the definition and execution of delivering experiences. Collaborating with Creative Designers, Product Management, and other business stakeholders, you will support the development of the customer journey, content strategy and ongoing optimization and enhancement plans to ensure seamless, performant and engaging experience.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of experiences for how customers navigate, learn, shop, configure, and purchase products.
- Collaborate with key cross functional teams within the region to integrate business priorities and strategies into enhancing the customer journey and shopping experience.
- Track performance against established benchmarks, analyze customer engagement and experience metrics, report out regularly on performance and identify actionable insights.
- Support the development of strategic briefs to inform cross functional partners of business priorities, experience opportunities, and performance.
- Conduct research on market & competitor trends and analyze consumer behavior and internal performance to drive optimization, expansion, and business case development.
Additional Requirements
- Experience working closely with creative and UX teams to help develop innovative customer experiences and shopping journeys.
- Regular meetings with counterparts in Europe/US during overlapping business hours.
Key Qualifications
4+ years of experience defining and developing consumer facing digital shopping journeys, or e-commerce experience.
Education And Experience
BA/BS required, MBA a plus
