The Digital Designer is a convention-defying creative who doesn't see the status quo as law, but a helpful suggestion. You will collaborate with a team to dissect marketing and communication problems, and come up with ideas, systems, frameworks or solutions in any form and function. As a key member of the Creative team, you will be expected to bring a strong passion for problem-solving and storytelling through design to the table.
Conceptual - solve marketing and communication problems with creative thinking and ideas
Narrative - craft visual stories and build brands through campaign-level thinking and execution
Systematic - bring brand experiences to consumers through digital marketing systems and experiences - taking in mind specific experiences through different devices
Graphic / Aesthetic - strong understanding of graphic design, typography and layout and how it extends through the digital realm and its counterparts
Executional - develop style guides for each project, be part of the design/development process, and work with the Technology team to ensure final quality delivery
At least 2 years of relevant experience in digital design or advertising
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional and team environment
Possesses strong interpersonal skills
A self-motivated team player with a positive attitude
Maintains knowledge of current web-design trends, tools and techniques
Handles feedback well
