We are seeking a Digital UX/UI Designer with strong experience in the FinTech domain to design intuitive, visually compelling digital products. The ideal candidate has a solid background in IT software applications, a strong grasp of graphic and web design, and handson exposure to Web2 and/or Web3 design environments.
This role requires both strategic UX thinking and highquality UI execution, with a strong emphasis on visual design, illustration, and realworld product use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Design endtoend UX/UI solutions for webbased and digital applications
- Translate business and product requirements into usercentric design concepts
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and highfidelity UI designs
- Produce highquality graphic and illustration assets aligned with brand and product needs
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and consistency
- Contribute to and maintain design systems, UI standards, and style guides
- Ensure usability, accessibility, and performance best practices are met across digital platforms
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital UX/UI Designer
- Proven experience in the FinTech industry
- Strong background in IT software application design
- Welldeveloped understanding of graphics, visual, and web design principles
- Experience designing Web2 platforms and/or minimum exposure to Web3 design
- Strong proficiency in industrystandard design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
- Ability to balance UX best practices with strong visual and illustrationdriven UI design
- Portfolio must clearly demonstrate: At least three (3) diverse, realworld use cases, Strong involvement in graphic design and illustration work personally created by the candidate
