The HR Group Shared Services (GSS) team is seeking for an individual to support under the GSSs Digital and Transformation office. This individual will support in improving efficiency and quality of HR processes through workflow streamlining, system enhancement, RPA development and/or Power Automate application.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboard to track progress of multiple HR projects, enhancements
- Support the facilitation of multi-stakeholders project discussion including the HR Shared Services process owner, HR Tech team and external IT vendor, etc.
- Review and optimize HR operational processes by enhancing systems and exploring Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and/or Power Automate solutioning with a focus on automating the highly repetitive HR operational and manual tasks such as claims submission etc.
- Oversee the development of RPA projects and implement Power Automate projects
- Participate in the enhancement and testing of new features and functionality of HR chatbot
- Support in Change Management communications and training sessions where applicable
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team for Digital related projects
Job Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information System, or related fields.
- Strong interest in HR Technology and Digital Transformation
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with HR systems and/or data visualization tools (e.g., SuccessFactor, Power BI) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
