We are currently supporting our client on a search for Digital & AI Transformation Officers in Singapore.

This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role directly employed under our client.

Role Overview

This role sits at the intersection of:

• AI & Digital Transformation

• Business Consulting

• Workforce & Change Transformation

You will work closely with SMEs, business leaders, and ecosystem partners to support practical AI adoption, operational transformation, and workforce capability development initiatives across organisations.

This is not a technical AI role. It is a facilitator and transformation role — bridging business, workforce, technology, and people to support meaningful and sustainable transformation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support digital and AI transformation initiatives across organisations and business functions

• Identify opportunities for AI adoption, automation, workflow enhancement, and operational improvement

• Facilitate business process optimisation and transformation planning discussions

• Coordinate and manage transformation initiatives from planning through implementation

• Engage stakeholders across business teams to support adoption, alignment, and change management

• Support data-driven decision-making, capability development, and long-term innovation initiatives

• Work alongside ecosystem partners and business stakeholders to drive practical transformation outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working experience

• Experienced professionals with 10–15 years of industry experience are also welcome to apply

• Experience or exposure in Digital Transformation, Digital Strategy, Consulting, Operations, Project Management, or Business Process Improvement

• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

• Exposure to AI tools, automation initiatives, digital transformation programmes, or change management initiatives would be advantageous
