Role Context

Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior Global Digital and AI Transformation Program Manager and Practice Operations Lead to drive enterprise-wide digital and AI transformation initiatives. This externally facing role requires a seasoned transformation leader who can operate across strategy, product, and advanced AI delivery in a global, multidisciplinary environment.

Position Purpose

The role leads the orchestration and execution of Surbana Jurong's Global Digital and AI Transformation agenda, acting as the central program and operations leader across innovation, product, and AI technical delivery. It ensures that digital and AI initiatives are structured, governed, and executed to deliver measurable business, operational, and client value.

Key Responsibilities

Global Digital & AI Transformation Program Leadership:

  • Lead large-scale, enterprise digital and AI transformation programs across regions and business lines.
  • Translate strategy into prioritised, executable transformation roadmaps.
  • Manage complex interdependencies across product development, AI engineering, and business adoption.
  • Drive disciplined execution, risk management, and delivery assurance.

Practice Operations & Delivery Enablement


  • Build and operate the Global Digital and AI Practice operating model.
  • Establish governance, delivery standards, and performance management frameworks.
  • Oversee portfolio prioritisation, resource planning, and financial tracking.
  • Enable scalable, repeatable delivery of digital and AI solutions.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Integration


  • Coordinate closely with senior innovation, product, and AI technical leaders.
  • Partner with business leaders to align transformation initiatives to client and operational needs.
  • Facilitate executive governance forums and senior stakeholder engagement.

Change Management & Value Realisation


  • Lead change management and adoption strategies.
  • Track KPIs, outcomes, and benefits realisation.
  • Ensure responsible, ethical, and compliant deployment of AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications & Experience


  • 15+ years of experience in digital transformation, enterprise program management, or innovation leadership.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale digital and AI-enabled transformation programs.
  • Strong experience working across business, product, and advanced technology teams.
  • Experience in professional services, infrastructure, engineering, or asset-intensive industries preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
