Reporting to Senior Manager IT Operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the organisation's AI enablement strategy by identifying high-value use cases and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Partnering with stakeholders across functions to capture requirements, prioritise opportunities, and define success metrics (value, adoption, risk).
- Designing and delivering enablement programmes (workshops, office hours, playbooks) to upskill teams on responsible GenAI usage and to prompt best practices.
- Establishing AI governance and guardrails in collaboration with Security, Risk, Legal and Data teams (privacy, IP, data handling, model risk).
- Coordinating with product, engineering and data science teams to pilot, validate, and scale AI solutions; manage delivery plans, timelines and dependencies.
- Developing and maintain an AI tools catalogue, intake process, and reusable assets (templates, evaluation checklists, model cards) where applicable.
- Driving change management and communications to increase adoption, including stakeholder engagement, success stories, and community building.
- Defining and tracking KPIs (usage, productivity impact, quality, risk incidents) and reporting outcomes to leadership with clear recommendations.
- Staying current on GenAI and enterprise AI trends and evaluating vendors/solutions.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to teams on solution design, feasibility, and responsible use to ensure measurable business value and compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data/Analytics, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, product/programme management, analytics, or AI/ML enablement roles (GenAI experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, model limitations, and evaluation approaches; able to translate between business and technical teams.
- Experience designing and delivering training, workshops, and change management initiatives; strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, and security considerations in enterprise environments; able to operationalise governance guardrails.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with common AI tools (e.g., Ms Copilot AI or equivalent), collaboration tools, and basic data literacy; comfortable working in an agile environment.
