Job Description

Are you an experienced Digital Account Servicing professional with strong business acumen and a passion for digital innovation We're looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships, deliver impactful customer experiences, and drive growth across AiChat's AI-powered Unified Messaging platform.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven client management expertise, keen interest in business messaging, marketing automation, and conversational commerce, and the ambition to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-tech AI company.

Key Responsibilities

. Deliver proactive account management by identifying business solutions tailored to client needs.

. Grow revenue opportunities through cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition of new clients.

. Understand client business objectives and craft commercial proposals with support from cross-functional teams.

. Present AiChat's products and services to clients and prospects with clarity and impact.

. Manage and optimize social messaging marketing campaigns and chat commerce projects for clients.

. Monitor campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve user engagement, conversion, and ROI.

. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.

Requirements

. Proven track record in client-facing account management or business development within digital, tech, or agency environments.

. Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive business discussions.

. Solid understanding of the digital customer journey and user experience principles.

. Experience in Marketing Automation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Agency is a strong plus.

. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial sense and negotiation skills.

. Passion for AI, digital technologies, and the evolving customer engagement landscape.
