Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business objectives and craft commercial proposals with support from cross-functional teams.
- Present AiChats products and services to clients and prospects with clarity and impact.
- Manage and optimize social messaging marketing campaigns and chat commerce projects for clients.
- Monitor campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations to improve user engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and success.
Requirements
- Proven track record in client-facing account management or business development within digital, tech, or agency environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive business discussions.
- Solid understanding of the digital customer journey and user experience principles.
- Experience in Marketing Automation, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or Social Media Agency is a strong plus.
