Finance Digital Transformation Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (2 Year Contract)

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead the planning and execution of Finance digitalisation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual finance processes using tools such as RPA, PowerBI. Lead implementation efforts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve productivity
  • Support in Finance process review. Identify inefficiencies, gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-create and deploy integrated workflows that streamline end-to-end business processes
  • Manage timelines, deliverables and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery of digitalisation initiatives. Proactively address system or process-related issues
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including functional requirements, process flows, and policies to support system enhancements and governance
  • Conduct testing and validation of data, applications and systems during implementation and post deployment to ensure quality and reliability

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or any related field
  • A good understanding of financial operations and processes
  • Experience in process review, digitalisation or automation projects
  • Knowledge of finance systems and automation tools (Eg SAP, UiPath, PowerBI etc)
  • Experience working effectively in cross-functional project teams
  • Self-driven and proactive in seeking continuous improvement
  • Analytical thinker with good communication skills
