Responsibilities:
- Co-develop and implement long-range financial planning templates using Adaptive Workday, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Assist in creating and refining financial policies and procedures in line with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain segmental reporting structures to support accurate financial analysis and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support long-term strategic planning.
- Drive finance transformation initiatives to improve planning efficiency and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field CPA or CFA preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with a strong focus on long-range planning.
- Proficient in Adaptive Workday or similar planning tools implementation experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of financial policies and experience in policy development.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
