Finance Senior Manager / Vice President

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee tax, treasury, and capital management.
• Provide financial advice on business cases, investments, and commercial negotiations.
• Implement and optimise new financial/reporting systems (e.g. SAP) to improve efficiency and decision-making.
• Mentor and develop finance teams to build strong capabilities.
• Collaborate with business units to align financial goals with strategy.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance CA/CPA/ACCA qualification preferred.
• 8-12+ years (Senior Manager) / 12-15+ years (VP) of finance leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, FP&A, tax, treasury, and controls.
• Proven track record in ERP/finance systems implementation (SAP preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience in aviation, engineering, or complex technical industries is an advantage.
