Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 L2 technical support to users via email, phone, or in person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems are running efficiently
  • Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation
  • Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
