Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L1 L2 technical support to users via email, phone, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls (e.g., Active Directory)
- Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Monitor system performance and ensure IT systems are running efficiently
- Assist in IT asset management, inventory tracking, and documentation
- Perform routine maintenance, updates, and patch management
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and hardware troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing systems
