Desktop Support Engineer

Prefer minimum 3 years banking / healthcare environment experience.

. Windows OS (Must know Windows 10) & Mac OS (added advantage)

. To have reliable BAU support for 24/7

. To have a skilled team to support for BAU, Projects and Tech refresh

. To deliver best service and with high client retention.

. Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem which includes identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation.

. Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications that are found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs.

. Installation of Apple IPad software's and deployment.
