Desktop Engineer
Our client is looking for a dedicated Desktop / IT Support Engineer to provide end-to-end technical support in a highly sensitive and confidential environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 to Level 3 IT support (helpdesk and on-site)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within SLA
- Set up and manage user accounts, access rights, and password resets
- Support daily IT operations and infrastructure tasks
- Assist in new system rollouts and project implementations
- Prepare basic documentation and reports
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required
- Conduct basic equipment and electrical safety checks
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in IT or related field
- At least 2 years of IT support experience
- Experience handling L1-L3 support
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Able to work in a confidential and security-focused environment
Technical Skills (Preferred)
- Windows 7/10 and Microsoft 365 support
- Apple macOS troubleshooting
- LAN/WAN networking basics
- Desktop and laptop troubleshooting
- Exposure to servers, infrastructure, and basic networking concepts
Certifications (Good to Have)
- CompTIA A+
- CompTIA Network+
- CompTIA Server+
- CompTIA Security+
- CompTIA Linux+
- MCSA or Microsoft certifications
- Apple macOS certifications
