Desktop Engineer, Roaming (1 year contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for end-user issues (Windows/macOS, Office 365, VPN, printers, peripherals).
• Handle ticket logging, troubleshooting, and escalation to L2/L3 when needed.
• Perform PC/Mac setup, imaging, and user onboarding/offboarding.
• Manage basic AD/Azure AD tasks (password resets, access requests).
• Support meeting rooms, connectivity, and hardware inventory.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in desktop/helpdesk support.
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Office 365, and basic networking.
• Familiar with AD/Azure AD, VPN, MFA, and ITSM tools.
• Willingness to roam and provide hands-on support at different office areas.
