Job Description
Job location: Pasir Ris
Local or private Diploma
Pay range $2500-$2700
Job scope:
• Provide basic troubleshooting support over the phone/email and deskside on technical issues related to desktop/network and hardware issues
• Logging of issues and follow up till closure
• Provide technical advice on functional features on hardware/software peripherals
• Provide deskside support to office users to resolve the technical issues on their devices
• Assist the Systems team to support end-user deployment projects when needed
Requirements
1) Diploma in Engineering or Information Technology
2) 2 years of experience
3) Able to work in work & Clean Room environment as some of the system will be at the cleanroom
4) Must be able to support desktop in term of hardware & software
