Designer (Interior / Commercial / Exhibition)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Designer who can support the team in creating layouts, drawings, and visual designs for commercial flooring and interior/exhibition projects. The role involves both creative work and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Support

. Prepare layout drawings and basic design concepts for projects

. Assist in developing ideas for booths, retail spaces, and commercial interiors

. Convert concepts into clear visual presentations

2. Technical Drawings

. Create accurate CAD drawings and design files

. Ensure proper scaling and measurement accuracy

. Make revisions based on feedback from senior designer or project team

3. Rendering & Visuals

. Assist in preparing 3D views / renderings for client presentations

. Maintain consistency in design style and presentation quality

4. Project Coordination

. Work closely with sales and project teams

. Update drawings based on site requirements and client feedback

5. Quality & Accuracy

. Check own work for errors before submission

. Follow approved design references and standards from past projects

Requirements

. Experience in interior design / architectural / exhibition design preferred

. Knowledge of AutoCAD (must), SketchUp / 3D software (preferred)

. Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

. Ability to follow instructions and work within deadlines

. Experience with commercial flooring or ID firms

. Exposure to exhibition booth design or retail fit-outs

. Basic understanding of construction / site execution
