QUANTITY SURVEYOR CUM DRAFTER

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Handle progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Monitor project costs and ensure budget control
• Prepare, revise, and update technical and shop drawings (AutoCAD)
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Maintain proper project documentation and records
• Support project execution and ensure compliance with requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Relevant working experience in construction industry preferred
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
