Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Designer role located in Singapore. As a member oftheDesign Team, you will work closely with our DesignLeadto develop creative and meaningful design ideas associated with high-quality Sportswear, Activewear, and Performancewear.This entails merging conventional and contemporary methodologies whilepossessinga firm understanding of design theory.

Your role will include providing comprehensive support to the team across diverse projects and assignmentsto take these concepts from sketches to both physical and digitalsample, which will be presented through design pitches and analysis.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting trend research, managing design process from conceptualising to final styling, developing sketches or mock-up, preparing moodboards and technical packs, attending to style fittings and technical measurements and ensuring feasibility for bulk execution.

Qualifications

• Degree and Diploma inFashion/Sportswear Designrequired
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator,Photoshopand Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, andPowerpoint)
• Relevant work experience in a Fashion Design/TechnicalorProficiency3D platforms (Clo/Browzwear) role is a plus
• Possess a strong technical foundation and knowledge in apparel construction, patterns and textiles
• Must be able to travel internationally and domesticallyto participatein design off-sites, inspirationtripsor related activities
• Passionforsportsand understanding of the sports that the Companyproduces its apparel for, andbeing fluent in Chinese isadvantageous
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders, and to articulate and present design proposals
• Keen eye for aesthetics and high end designs
• Highly disciplined individual with excellent work ethics and positive attitude, organized and meticulous
• Reliable problem solver with empathy forclient's requests,able tocome up withsolutions, takes initiatives, follow-through in tasks witha strong senseof urgency
