Overview
We are seeking a Technology Development Design Senior / Engineer to support product design, manufacturability improvement, and engineering activities within the semiconductor / PCB manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform Design Rule Checks (DRC) and manage related system registrations.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and support customer technical requirements.
- Prepare and manage product specification drawings and approvals.
- Support first article development and high-volume manufacturing activities.
- Conduct design reviews and continuous improvement activities such as DOE, SPC, and FMEA.
- Coordinate technical discussions with customers and vendors.
- Manage CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA tools and engineering workstations.
- Support simulation integration and technology trend studies.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical & Electronics, Microelectronics, or related Engineering discipline.
- Experience in semiconductor post-processing or PCB manufacturing/design is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CAD/CAM/CAE/EDA tools such as Cadence Allegro, AutoCAD, ANSYS HFSS, or related tools.
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes such as etching, plating, drilling, lamination, AOI, impedance control, and LDI is advantageous.
