We're partnering with a leading provider of innovative workplace and creative solutions to recruit a Client Relationship & Project Manager on a 12 month contract to be embedded within a prestigious global assetmanagement client in Singapore.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you'll act as the key bridge between the client andinternational creative studios across Hong Kong, London, Warsaw, and Europe/APAC. If you thrive in complex, regulated environments and enjoy owning relationships, workflows, and delivery end-to-end this role is for you.
What you'll be doing
- Act as the day-to-day face of the creative studio within the client's Singapore office
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders
- Own the intake, clarification, and shaping of creative briefs
- Seamlessly transition work to the Hong Kong studio for delivery
- Manage timelines, workflows, approvals, and expectations across time zones
- Proactively identify risks, capacity challenges, and delivery issues
- Ensure consistent global ways of working and high brand standards
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in project management, client services, or account management within a creative, marketing, or in-house studio environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with global or multi-hub delivery teams
- Confidence operating autonomously in a client-embedded role
- Solid understanding of creative workflows (design, artwork, editing)
- Background in financial services or other regulated environments is highly desirable
