Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Singapore for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include:

• Meet and guide customers through renovation requirements, quotations, design proposals, floor plans and material selection
• Advise clients throughout the entire design process, providing expert advice and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships between clients, suppliers and various stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure timely project progress

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Singaporean Citizens only.
• A diploma in interior design/technical engineering is required.
• Proven skills in project management, including planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope and budget.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and team collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience in the construction or interior design industry is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Malay is advantageous.
