Design Manager/Associate

Requirements

. Minimum 10 years C&S consultancy experiences

. Well versed in Eurocodes, NA and SS EN for RC and Steel Design, Detailing, Specifications and local regulations plus international code practices, such as ACI/AISC etc

. University degree recognized by PEB, obtained PE or in the final stage of obtaining PE

. Able to communicate clearly and liaise with the client, other Project Consultants, Government Agencies and Contractors

. Be an efficient team leader, team player and proactive for problem solving.

. Well verse in technical, contract and project management will be considered for higher post and better remuneration.

Scopes

. Be a team lead for small/medium size projects or support PD/lead for complex projects and establish client's requirements, engineering approach, methodology of projects, design development and documentations

. Attend meetings, consultations, site inspections and tackle site constraints/requests

. Manage shedule, deliverables, QA/QC check of drawings, report and submissions to authorities
