Design Engineer cum PE Assignee

We are seeking a highly motivated Design Engineer cum PE Assignee to join our growing consultancy. This role combines hands-on engineering design with responsibilities as a PE Assignee,ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, cost-effective engineering solutions. The role requires a 5.5-daywork week to support project and site demands.

High performers will be rewarded with AWS and performance bonus, subject to individual performance and company discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural and/or civil engineering design calculations and analysis
• Prepare and review structural drawings, design reports, and calculations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other consultants
• Review contractor submissions (shop drawings, method statements)
• Ensure designs are buildable, cost-effective, and compliant with relevant codes and standards
• Act as PE Assignee in accordance with LTA DBC requirement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards

Requirements:

• Degree/Master's in Civil & Structural Engineering recognized by PEB/IES.
• Registered Resident Engineer (RE) with IES/BCA, or eligible for registration.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant design experience in C&S engineer preferred.
• Experience in LTA or government project will be an advantage.
• Meticulous, proactive, and a strong team player.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred. Fresh graduates with strong technical capabilities are encouraged to apply.
