Acoustic Consultant

Conduct on-site testing, acoustic measurements, detailed acoustic analysis, modelling, and simulations (e.g., STC, IIC, reverberation time, background noise levels)

. Develop and review acoustic specifications, drawings, and reports

. Provide practical recommendations for sound insulation, absorption, and vibration control

. Produce and quality-assure technical deliverables: noise impact assessments, acoustic design reports, specifications, BCA/NEA/LTA submissions.

. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards (e.g., BCA, NEA) and international standards (ISO, ASTM)

. Build and maintain professional relationships with architects, developers, and contractor teams.

. Track Singapore regulatory updates and share knowledge with the wider team.

. Support business development, proposals, and client presentations
