. Preparation and drafting drawing of Alum and Steel works/ Technical drawings for projects, tender submissions, etc.

. Space planning, conceptual design development and detailing

. Produce detail drawings and specifications for construction independently

. Liaise and coordinate with contractors, suppliers and vendors

. Ensure designs/drawings meet relevant code and compliance requirements, and good engineering practices.

. Able to do Qty take off and Cutting list

Requirements

. Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent

. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in drafting of Alum window and door, Steel works/Technical drawings in architectural, construction related industries.

. Must have at least 3 years experience / knowledge of REVIT

. Competent in AutoCAD & good knowledge in SolidWorks (3D)
