We are looking for a dynamic and highly skilled Design &Project Coordinator who is capable of multitasking and handling designs across multiple renovation sectors. The ideal candidate should possess both creative and practical knowledge, with the ability to execute designs that are functional, technically accurate, and site-execution friendly.

We are expanding our renovation and interior fit-out team and are looking for a talented and passionate Design & Project Coordinator to join us.

Job Scope:

.Prepare and develop interior & exterior design concepts

. Produce detailed drawings for renovation and fit-out works

. Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and site teams

. Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentation materials

. Handle project coordination from design stage to completion

. Assist in space planning, material selection, and design detailing

. Prepare woodworking shop drawings and electrical layout drawings

. Ensure design compliance with site conditions and project requirements

. Support commercial, residential, office, retail, and condominium renovation projects

Required Skills & Expertise:

✔️ Interior & Exterior Design Coordination

✔️ AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit &Adobe Photoshop Proficiency

✔️ 2D Drafting, 3D Modelling& Rendering Skills

✔️ Electrical Layout, Lighting& Power Point Planning

✔️ CCTV, Data & M&E Coordination Knowledge

✔️ Custom Carpentry & Joinery Detailing

✔️ Kitchen Cabinet, Wardrobe& Built-in Furniture Design

✔️ CNC Cutting & Technical Shop Drawing Preparation

✔️ Space Planning, Material Selection & Finishing Coordination

✔️ Site Measurement, Technical Detailing & Project Coordination

✔️ Renovation Workflow Management& Site Execution Knowledge

✔️ Ability to Coordinate Architectural, Electrical & Carpentry Works

✔️ Strong Problem-Solving ,Multitasking & Communication Skills

✔️ Understanding of HDB, Condominium & Commercial Renovation Standards

✔️ Ability to Transform Design Concepts into Practical Site Execution

Preferred Additional Skills:

. Knowledge in false ceiling detailing and lighting concepts

. Ability to prepare construction drawings and shop drawings

. Experience in renovation coordination and on-site problem solving

. Understanding of M&E coordination and practical site execution

. Good eye for modern, luxury, and functional design concepts

. Ability to multitask and manage multiple renovation projects efficiently
