Key responsibilities

Oversee and manage end-to-end securities settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing across multiple markets and products.
Supervise securities transfers and asset servicing activities, ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and coordinate corporate actions processing (mandatory and voluntary events), ensuring accurate capture, validation, and execution.
Support the Head of Securities Operations in managing daily operations, including issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and driving continuous process improvements.

Role requirements

Bachelor's degree and/or professional qualification in Banking, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in securities operations, with strong expertise in corporate actions and minimum 5 years of people management experience.
Solid knowledge of financial products, market infrastructures, regulations, and operational risks.
Proficient in SWIFT message types and end-to-end trade lifecycle processes.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and engage stakeholders effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
