Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Monitoring: Prepare master construction programs, project schedules, and resource allocation plans (machinery, materials, manpower).
- Site Operation Management: Manage subcontractors, coordinate site activities, and resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Technical Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, local regulations), quality control standards, and technical specifications.
- Cost and Contract Control: Monitor budget, control costs to ensure profitability, manage variation orders (VO), and prepare progress claims.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities for progress meetings and reports.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project engineers and staff, managing their performance. Together for Mental Wellbeing
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant engineering field.
- Experience: Usually 5-8+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or relevant industry.
