Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, the Deputy Finance Manager will play a key role in supporting the Group's Finance, Treasury, M&A, and Credit activities. The successful candidate will require strong commercial acumen and the ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Given the dynamic nature of the business, the below is a non-exhaustive list of deliveries expected from the candidate. However, it covers the foundation responsibilities and capabilities required for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Finance & Financial Management: Deliver accurate and timely financial analysis, reporting, forecasting and controls. Ensure compliance with both local legislation and procedures in all areas of accounting, tax and finance operations.
- Treasury Management: Manage liquidity, funding and banking relationships, while ensuring adherence to treasury policies and covenants.
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Support M&A activities, including valuation, due diligence, transaction execution and postacquisition financial integration.
- Credit Management: Conduct credit assessments and manage risks in accordance with internal credit policies.
- Process Improvement & Transformation: Contribute to system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen efficiency, controls and scalability.

Qualifications
- A degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
- 6 10 years of relevant Finance experience.
- Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail, results-oriented, and proactive in driving continuous improvement.
- Strong growth mindset, high personal integrity, and a collaborative approach.
