Deputy/ Finance Manager

You will be primarily responsible for overseeing the revenue and accounts receivable cycle, in addition to handling the full spectrum of accounting responsibilities for smaller subsidiaries, while partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to financial governance and procedures.

This includes driving system enhancements, improving financial processes, and strengthening system logic to support accurate billing, reporting, and internal controls. Your responsibilities will also encompass process improvement initiatives, data analytics, credit control review, as well as management and statutory reporting.

To provide leadership to the finance team on all accounting and financial management matters including but not limited to the following:

. Oversight of day-to-day financial operations,

. Support system enhancements and project management

. Mentor and provide guidance for accounting staff, in compliance with accounting standards

. Provide support to the operational business units, involve in ad-hoc projects & assignments as required.

Applicant Requirements:

. Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent or a qualified CA and/or ACCA with 4 to 8 years relevant experiences with strong exposurefor overall finance management

. Experience in overseeing a Finance team in a fast-paced and highly challenging environment

. Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills

. Highly proactive and analytical thinker, able to work independently, execute and follow-through to deliver solutions to the management

. Audit experience will be an advantage
