Support the General Manager in managing daily operations, driving sales, ensuring service excellence, and leading staff to deliver a superior client experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain smooth workflow, service excellence, and high client satisfaction
- Manage inventory of products, consumables, and equipment to maintain optimal stock levels and control costs
- Implement and support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for treatments and retail products
- Deliver consistent, high-quality customer service to ensure a positive end-to-end client experience
- Execute and monitor marketing initiatives, promotions, and campaigns, providing performance feedback
- Plan and manage staff duty rosters to ensure efficient manpower allocation and operational coverage
- Supervise and guide staff to ensure compliance with company SOPs, treatment protocols, and brand standards
- Coach, train, and manage staff performance, including handling disciplinary matters when necessary
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training to develop a competent, service-oriented team
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Assist in new outlet setup by coordinating operational readiness, licensing, and process implementation
- Oversee proper usage and maintenance of equipment and facilities to ensure operational efficiency
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and staff performance for management review
- Act as person-in-charge during the General Manager's absence to maintain operational continuity
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business objectives
