• Position : Customer Service Executive (Course Consultant)

• Location : Paya Lebar (Walkable from MRT)

• Working hours : 5 Days 9am - 6pm (Monday and Tuesday - Fixed Off)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3200 + Performance Bonus + 7 Days Leave

• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Be part of the customer acquisition team to onboard new parents into the community

• Share the organisation's vision and recommend suitable coding programmes for students

• Manage and respond to online enquiries, guiding parents through the decision-making process

• Support customer success initiatives, including competitions, special programmes, and community events

• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents as their main point of contact

• Plan and execute lead generation activities, such as trial classes and parent sharing sessions

• Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up

• Work closely with the teaching team to assess students and follow up on enrolment conversions

• Handle general administrative duties, including onboarding emails, data entry, research, and related tasks

• Maintain proper documentation and update records accurately in the CRM system

• Support centre operations and assist with client-facing duties when covering for Centre Managers

Requirements:

• Strong communication and problem solving skills

• Driven, fast learner, proactive and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
