Key Responsibilities
Serve as a key liaison with the Group Headquarters in China to ensure effective communication, strategic alignment, and execution of key initiatives.
Support corporate strategic planning and business development initiatives, driving the implementation of major projects and business objectives.
Conduct industry research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to support business planning and management decision-making.
Lead periodic business performance analysis and management reporting, including the preparation of operational and analytical reports for management review.
Participate in investment and M&A activities, including project evaluation, feasibility studies, and investment analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Participate in the development of the company's investment project pipeline and continuously identify potential project opportunities.
Support post-investment operational management and drive continuous improvement of operational processes and management systems.
Participate in the development and enhancement of internal control, risk management, and compliance frameworks, ensuring operational effectiveness and governance standards.
Organize project reviews and operational assessments to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Support the development and management of vendor and business partner management frameworks to enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, investment, consulting, or corporate management.
Strong strategic thinking, business analysis, and operational management capabilities.
Familiarity with corporate operations, investment analysis, and project management processes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to work effectively with the Group Headquarters in China and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and results-oriented mindset.
Prior experience in large corporations, consulting firms, multinational companies, or international business environments will be an advantage.
