We're expanding an established Cyber Fraud Operations team and seeking experienced analysts to help detect, investigate, and respond to fraud activity, automated threats, and account compromise incidents.

Shift Details (24x7 Rotational Support)

• 04:30 AM – 12:30 PM IST

• 12:30 PM – 08:30 PM IST

• 08:30 PM – 04:30 AM IST

Team members rotate shifts on a scheduled basis, including nights and weekends. The team is highly collaborative and works together to accommodate PTO and other scheduling needs.

Top Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in Security Operations, Fraud Operations, or SOC Analyst roles

Hands-on experience with WAF/CDN security platforms (Fastly preferred) and/or Bot Management solutions (Kasada or similar)

Strong investigation skills including log analysis, alert review, web activity analysis, and incident documentation

Experience handling operational security tasks such as account compromise investigations, password resets, and suspicious site reviews

Ability and willingness to work rotational shifts in a 24x7 environment

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Fastly, Kasada, and related security platforms for automated attacks and suspicious activity

• Investigate suspicious websites and prepare information for takedown requests

• Review customer accounts for potential compromise and execute remediation activities

• Document investigations, findings, and actions in ticketing/case management systems

• Provide detailed shift handoffs and collaborate across teams

• Support detection rule tuning and continuous improvement of operational playbooks

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience with bot/fraud defense in eCommerce, Financial Services, or high-traffic consumer environments

• Basic SQL or scripting skills for data analysis and querying

• Experience working in a global 24x7 operations environment
