Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to support dentists and oral maxillofacial specialists in delivering quality patient care.

The role includes chairside clinical assistance, patient coordination, clinical documentation, and strict adherence to infection control and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist oral maxillofacial specialists during general dentistry, oral surgery, and implant procedures

• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials before and after procedures

• Perform chairside assisting

• Clean, disinfect, sterilise, and store instruments in compliance with MOH infection control standards

• Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-operative instructions

• Assist with dental procedures.

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Support appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and basic billing functions

• Manage inventory of dental materials and supplies

• Ensure cleanliness of clinical areas

• Comply with MOH, PDPC, workplace safety, and infection control regulations

Job Requirements

• Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or equivalent qualification

• Proficient in spoken and written English

• Ability to communicate in Malay or Mandarin is an advantage.

• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced clinical environment

• Good interpersonal and customer service skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player

Candidates with prior dental assisting experience will have an advantage. Training will be provided for suitable candidates.

Working Hours

Salary Range

Starting gross salary SGD $2,300 to $2,600
