We're Hiring: Senior Dental Nurse

We're looking for an experienced Senior Dental Nurse with a great attitude, a strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent patient care.

You'll be a hands-on member of our team, working closely with our dentists, oral health therapists and clinic manager to support patients, guide junior nurses and keep the clinic running smoothly.

What you'll do

Provide confident chairside assistance: Prepare instruments and materials, anticipate the dentist's needs, and help patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment.
Maintain excellent clinical standards: Ensure treatment rooms are ready, follow proper sterilisation and infection-control procedures, and keep instruments, equipment and supplies organised.
Support the nursing team: Help train junior colleagues, lead by example, and take initiative to keep daily workflows organised and efficient.

What we're looking for

Prior experience as a dental nurse or dental assistant is essential, with sound knowledge of chairside assistance, sterilisation and infection control.
A great attitude and willingness to work hard: Someone dependable, proactive and ready to help-not just with their own tasks, but as part of the team.
Strong teamwork and communication: Someone who treats patients and colleagues with kindness and respect, stays calm during busy periods, and guides less-experienced colleagues patiently.

Previous senior or team-lead experience is an advantage, but experienced dental nurses ready to step up are welcome to apply.
