Demurrage Analyst

.Coordinate the demurrage & claims operations with suppliers, internal and external customers and team members to ensure smooth closings.

.Handle and process of demurrage & claims on petroleum product cargoes, crude oil cargoes, Tankers, and/or ISO containers.

.Make initial calculation for potential demurrage of the captiond cargo, checking with necessary documents provided by PIC operators.

.Receive the claims (if payables), or notify the claims (if receivables), making status records to the summary sheet. .Coordinate to reach agreement with counterparty in terms of the demurrage amount.

.Obtain necessary approvals prior to the payment (if payables), the invoice issuance (if receivables).

.Make entries on relevant data into Trading System in a timely manner.
