A leader in Shipping and Logistics company is currently expanding and looking for highly qualified candidates for the Salesforce Business Analyst position based in Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Champion the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce, aligning enhancements with strategic goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior product leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure features deliver measurable business value.
- Monitor feature adoption and assess real-world impact on both internal operations and customer satisfaction.
- Quantify productivity gains through smarter design, automation, and AI-driven enhancements.
- Foster alignment and trust across cross-functional teams, ensuring responsiveness and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI, analytics, and automation to improve case resolution and service outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in roles involving strategic planning, analytical thinking, and product ownership.
- Proven experience with Salesforce or other major CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Omni-Channel, Case Management, and Knowledge Articles is preferred.
- Experience supporting user training, UAT, or adoption campaigns is a bonus.
