- Some Locations:Rotating shifts between 5:00am - 6:00pm
- Specific Locations (Rotating shifts with 1‑hour break):8:00am - 6:00pm10:00am - 8:00pmMidnight Shift (3‑hour break): 8:00pm - 8:00am
- Other Locations:Between 12:00pm - 10:00pmMay require morning overtime between 9:00am - 12:00pm, subject to operational needs
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare daily food items in accordance with approved recipes, company standards, and quality requirements
- Supervise, train, and guide kitchen staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and consistent performance standards
- Ensure proper plating and presentation of dishes according to established guidelines
- Monitor portion control, minimise food wastage, and support cost efficiency initiatives
- Collaborate with senior chefs on menu execution, planning, and special projects or events
- Assist with inventory management, including monthly stock checks and maintaining stock accuracy
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including SOPs, allergen management, and HACCP guidelines
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience, including at least 1 year in a Cook, Demi Chef, or similar role
- Ability to supervise and guide junior kitchen staff while maintaining quality and operational standards
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and kitchen SOPs
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement
- Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and on rotating shifts
