Position: Demi Chef / Chef de Partie
Location: KAI RESIDENCES PTE LTD
Employment Type:Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menu standards
  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen with efficiency and consistency
  • Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
  • Assist in menu planning and development
  • Train and guide junior kitchen staff
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Demi Chef or Chef de Partie (or similar role)
  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred.
  • Possess WSG Food Safety level 1 or level 2 .
  • Communication fluent in English/Chinese.
